Orders are processed and shipped within 4-11 business days after your order is placed.  These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.  We ship Monday-Friday.  Please note that carriers are experiencing delays on their end which may affect the shipping time on your order.  The Original Hebrew is not responsible for delays caused by the carriers.

• Free Shipping on any order above $75.

• All US shipping addresses are charged a $4.99 flat rate fee, if order is under $85.

• All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 

• We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.

• We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during holy days and sales, orders may take slightly longer for processing.

• We start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they are received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• The Original Hebrew cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.  If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate the search for your package.
